Here at AJ Enterprises we build an open cockpit center console version of our AJ-28. The boat shown in this picture is an example of what they look like in that configuration. We have molds for the console and the helm seat that hinge fore and aft to uncover the engine. This makes it very easy to sound insulate and provides a very large opening for maintenance on the engine. The boat in the picture seats 16 people: three people on each of the two forward lockers, the seat forward of the console, and the helm seat and an additional four on the removable molded stern seat. This boat has a nice canvas dodger above the forward locker seats to get out of the weather. The owner of pictured boat decided not to have a head. However we can install a fairly spacious head with a marine toilet under the forward deck with a door for privacy. We can also install a windshield and a T top to help keep the spray, sun and rain off. This model is perfect for sport fishing or Summer Time Island hopping and picnicking. | |||||||||||
